Discovery includes
Two focused days on-site. One shared foundation.
Preferred on-site timing: September or October 2026.

Design translates Discovery insights into a cohesive 12–18 month journey that builds capability, encourages real-world application, and drives meaningful leadership impact.

Confirm the overall journey, priorities, intended outcomes, and key experience components emerging from Discovery.

Build the first working roadmap: outcomes, experiences, content, tools, assessments, and application.
Beta review
Refine the journey, timeline, outcomes, assessments, and key experiences.

Integrate every program element into a cohesive, delivery-ready experience.
